COOK WITH CHINESE STYLE SAUSAGE


Chinese-style sausage recipes 

Ingredients:

4 Chinese-style sausage

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of dried oregano

2 tablespoons of dried thyme

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Place the Chinese-style sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil and heat until the oil is hot.
  3. Add the dried oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  4. Cook the sausage for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the sausage is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot. Enjoy!

 

Chinese Style Sausage with Chinese Vegetables

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 Chinese-style sausages, sliced

1 cup carrots, diced

1 cup bok choy, chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the Chinese-style sausage slices and cook until lightly browned about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, bok choy, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are cooked through about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Chinese-style sausage with vegetables and rice 

Ingredients:

2 Chinese-style sausages

2 cups of long-grain white rice

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped

2 cups of Chinese vegetables (e.g., bok choy, snow peas, red peppers, carrots, etc.)

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Any other dried spices to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until lightly browned on each side, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the Chinese vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the rice and stir to combine.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste, along with any other dried spices, to taste.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.
  8. Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the sausage is cooked through.
  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
