Chinese-style sausage recipes
Ingredients:
4 Chinese-style sausage
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of dried oregano
2 tablespoons of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the Chinese-style sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and heat until the oil is hot.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 Chinese-style sausages, sliced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup bok choy, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the Chinese-style sausage slices and cook until lightly browned about 5 minutes.
- Add the carrots, bok choy, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are cooked through about 10 minutes.

2 Chinese-style sausages
2 cups of long-grain white rice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups of Chinese vegetables (e.g., bok choy, snow peas, red peppers, carrots, etc.)
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Any other dried spices to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until lightly browned on each side, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the Chinese vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the rice and stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, along with any other dried spices, to taste.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the sausage is cooked through.
